Precise metrology & documented inspection processes
Throughout the entire manufacturing process we rely on structured visual and measurement protocols to identify potential errors early and address them in a targeted way. Final quality control is performed on modern 3D coordinate measuring systems. Our technical equipment includes, among others:
- Keyence coordinate measuring system
- FARO measuring arm for fixtures and special-purpose machines
- A Tesa 3D system for high-precision measurement of form, position, and flatness
- A hydraulic test stand for inspecting function and tightness
